It is a dark metroidvania set in an alternate version of the Conquest of the Americas. In this universe, the invaders are Templar knights and crusaders who seek to “purify” the newly discovered lands and subjugate the native peoples through their religion. The player takes on the role of Tēteohcua, a warrior marked by the ancestral gods, who begins a journey of vengeance after the destruction of his village. His mission is to confront the invaders, reclaim sacred territories, and restore the lost divine power. The game blends metroidvania exploration, visceral combat, Mesoamerican mythology, ritual symbolism, and a narrative rich in spiritual and cultural conflict.
